Quality HealthCare takes part in a beach clean-up For a healthier planet and “One Health”

It has never been clearer that the health of people is interconnected and interdependent with the health of the planet. We need to look after one another, whilst taking care of the environment.

As one of the leading healthcare companies in Hong Kong, Quality HealthCare has a role to play and a responsibility to act. We proactively take care of our people, their families, the environment, and the community.

In 2021 summer, Quality HealthCare and Bupa people collected 80kg of waste on a beach in Ha Pak Nai, Yuen Long, as part of our campaign, “One Health”.

A variety of waste was found, namely cigarettes, polyfoam particles, plastic bottles and fishing nets. The activity contributed data to The Green Earth’s annual research on beverage bottles. The research aims to reduce Hong Kong’s waste coming from suppliers.

We're here to improve the health of people and the planet. Our 'One Health' mission is a step towards a truly sustainable life.
