The first smart clinic fully implements the digitalised operation to provide efficient and high-quality medical experience

 

QHMS’ new branding debuted at its first smart clinic in Yuen Long Yuccie Square, representing our new milestone of smart healthcare services. In future healthcare, we believe digital technology brings in safe and convenient services in addition to people-centric considerations. This smart clinic integrates this two-in-one approach, becoming our essential blueprint for future clinic development.

 

This smart clinic in Yuen Long is QHMS’ first clinic with application of the digital healthcare procedure. Healthcare professionals at the clinic can serve patients more fluidly through dedicated tablets.  The physical examination data, such as blood pressure, blood oxygen level and heart health records, can be transmitted to the patients’ mobile phone in real-time via the tablets. The detailed physical examination information will be recorded through the electronic medical record system. It provides medical professionals a remote and flexible monitoring of the patients’ medical records and health data, while patients are empowered to review their health data through QHMS mobile app and for better self-management. 

 

The combination of digital technology and high-quality medical experiences is applicable in the clinic operational procedures. Customers can conveniently make appointments for general outpatient, dental and physical examination of smart clinic simply through e-ticketing, e-booking on the QHMS mobile app, and instant messaging app. Quality HealthCare has also taken sustainability into action, digitising most clinical process, with consultation registration, health declaration and physical examination reports completed in a paperless manner. This service can effectively reduce traditional medical and nursing administrative procedures, enabling our staff to have more time connecting with our patients and caring for their needs.
