工作职责
  • Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers for general enquiries & insurance;
  • Maintain good customer relationship;
  • 5 days work per week;
  • Shift duty in between 08:00 - 22:00 by roster.
工作要求
  • HKDSE/ HKCEE or above;
  • With good customer services skill;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • With working experience in call centre, claims and insurance preferably;
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
