Corporate Office - Claims Officer, Third Party Administration

Job Responsibilities:
- Claim Adjudication and claim input
- Outpatient and Inpatient Claims (local or overseas)
- Coordination on the medical issue
- Clarification on the scheme rule and coverage
- Assessment on the appeal case
- Contact Providers for medical information
- Provide administrative support for Schemes and Panel movements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above (Major in Science is preferred)
- 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in insurance company or medical service field
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong sense at figures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh university graduates are welcomed
